Agribusiness institute open weekend

Today is the last day of the open weekend at the Malta College of Art, Science and Technology Agribusiness Institute in Luqa Road, Qormi. The opening hours today are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Everyone is invited to attend this free event, which includes tours of the institute’s animal husbandry units and fields, talks and workshops on agricultural issues, a sale of local food products, herbs and plants and food tasting.

Some animals raised by the institute’s students will also be on sale while pet owners can bring their pets for grooming and advice from the institute’s lecturers.

The college’s team of career advisors is available to give advice and information about Mcast’s full-time and part-time courses.
