Useful consumer advice

• Products that are not in conformity with the contract of sale may in the first instance be repaired or replaced.

• Money refund may be requested when repair or replacement are either not possible or if opted for may cause significant inconvenience to the consumer.

• The law gives consumers the right to choose the desired form of redress, unless it is unreasonable or too costly for the trader compared to an alternative remedy.

• Repair may be refused by consumers if it causes them a significant inconvenience compared to other possible remedies.
