The Malta Karate Federation will be hosting an international Complete Self Protection (CSP) seminar at the Coastline Hotel, Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq, on the weekend of May 26 and 27.

The seminar will be directed by the internationally acclaimed founder of CSP Al Peasland (fifth Dan).

Talks will be focusing on the latest self-defence techniques and concepts.

The objective is to provide an efficient way of learning effective skills that can equip someone better in self-defence in the event of violent confrontation.

The seminar is open to the general public.

Children sessions will be held today week from 2 to 3 p.m. and May 27 between 9 and 10 a.m.

The adult sessions will be held next Saturday (3.30 to 6.30 p.m.) and May 27 (10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.).
