Who at Arriva or Transport Malta is responsible for the scheduling and routing of buses?

The residents of Salina are being ignored. We are told by Arriva that the 232 bus that runs through Salina towards It-Telgħa T’Alla w Ommu to Naxxar and then via Iklin to Mater Dei/University is being replaced by route 37. Is this some kind of joke? Route 37 goes nowhere near Salina but through St Paul’s Bay, Burmarrad and Mosta. Who’s kidding whom?

How are the elderly residents and even some students going to get to the hospital/university/Naxxar. Are they going to have to walk to St Paul’s? Then get the 37? Or just walk?!

Come on Arriva (or is it TM? They are always passing the buck) think again.
