A healthy collaboration

VacancyCentre.com is proud to be the chosen exclusive recruitment partner to represent Steiner in Malta – this announcement coincides with the website’s 12th anniversary since launch date. VacancyCentre.com was Malta’s first recruitment site to go online.

The collaboration has brought together two well-established entities to further Steiner’s success in recruiting optimum candidates.

The recruitment agency CSB and its online portal VacancyCentre. com will be representing Steiner in the upcoming months, during which they will be embarking on a recruitment project for a large number of persons who will get the chance work on board a cruise liner for nine months. Steiner is proud to be the chosen spa operator on board over 25 luxury cruise lines including Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Costa, Princess, NCL, Cunard and Walt Disney.

Steiner and VacancyCentre.com aim to give the selected candidates the opportunity to advance in their profession while seeing different parts of the world.

Steiner, synonymous with quality spa and salon services at sea for over 50 years, employs over 2,000 spa professionals every year to travel while they work. They are now hiring massage and beauty therapists, personal trainers, acupuncturists, hair stylists and nail technicians for their spas onboard luxury cruise ships.

The Steiner family created hair care and apothecary products in 1901. In 1934, Herman Steiner took over the family business where their first hairdressing salon in Conduit Street, London attracted celebrities and royalty, so much so that Herman Steiner won the royal appointment.

Steiner’s transition from land to sea began with European cruise lines and then migrated across the Atlantic to include US based cruise lines. In 1994, Steiner purchased Coiffeur Transocean and became known as Steiner Transocean Limited, making it the largest spa company at sea.
