Alert Group, the ICT and marketing services provider, has acquired Enterprise Solutions Ltd, an IT consultancy and solutions specialist in business and commerce systems.
Enterprise Solutions Ltd is currently the sole SAP partner in Malta and will now be operating as Alert Solutions. The company’s key products include SAP Business One, SAP Business Objects, SAP Crystal Reports, INVU document management and automation and Restaurant Manager.
“Enterprise Solutions has established itself as a leading enterprise resource planning and business intelligence provider on the island,” Alert Group managing director Claudine Cassar said. “As part of Alert Group’s growth strategy, we have acquired a controlling stake in this company, strengthening our existing technology offering to include the delivery of critical business solutions, including those based on SAP ERP and Business Objects. “
Ms Cassar said the services offered by the last member of the group will complement those offered by the other two companies – Alert eBusiness and Alert Creative.
Damian Heath, who remains part of the company as its solutions director, will continue to drive the same team of applications specialists who were instrumental in deploying a number of demanding business intelligence and enterprise resources planning installations for major clients such as Bank of Valletta and Vodafone (Malta).
Founded in 1998, Alert Group has grown to a staff complement of 50 people, offering a range of complementary ICT solution and digital on-line marketing services. Its growth strategy includes partnerships with and acquisitions of firms which add value to its service offering and brand equity.
