Enhanced customer experience and its relationship to customer retention was the focus of the second annual Microsoft Dynamics CRM seminar organised by Megabyte and Microsoft at The Intercontinental hotel in St Julian’s earlier this month.

Megabyte chief executive Rainer van Beckum related the significant benefits the company has experienced after implementing the Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management system.

Microsoft’s business solutions lead Dimitris Mitsas showcased the power of productivity gained through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

He explained how a compelling and engaging customer experience is more critical than ever to customer retention. Businesses need to give employees the right tools to amplify their impact.

There was a live demonstration entitled ‘customers are business’, led by Maria Magro, Megabyte’s head of Microsoft Enterprise Solutions.

The demonstration was conducted on the locally-based hosted CRM in real-time, and showed the full functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM over the internet. This hosted CRM option is a unique solution offered by Megabyte specifically for small and medium-sized businesses r for large companies to use as a pilot project.

Microsoft country manager Adrianna Zammit closed the seminar by announcing that Megabyte was the only local Microsoft partner to have obtained a silver competency on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Microsoft Malta has just signed a strategic business alliance with Megabyte to headline the local Microsoft Dynamics CRM business.
