The HSBC Malta Foundation has strengthened its long-term support for Junior Chamber International (JCI) Malta with the signing of a new two-year sponsorship agreement.
“The HSBC Malta’s renewed support will fund two of JCI’s flagship initiatives, the Best Business Plan (BBP) and Competition and the Creative Young Entrepreneurs Award (CYEA), said JCI Malta president Charlotte Gregory.
The JCI Malta BBP competition offers participants training and guidance to develop their business ideas into a viable business plan, while the CYEA encourages young entrepreneurs to further the boundaries of their skills and creativity through healthy competition.
Josef Camilleri, HSBC Bank Malta’s head of Public Affairs and Corporate Sustainability, said: “HSBC Malta embraces JCI Malta’s efforts as a source of growth and development within Malta’s business community.”
Through its initiatives, JCI Malta provides the encouragement and training required to ensure that Malta’s future entrepreneurs achieve success while also valuing the central importance of social responsibility in today’s businesses practices, he said.
