The Large Car Truck Carrier (LCTC)  m/v Fedora, operated by Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, called at Malta Freeport today, disgorging some 500 vehicles on the North Quay.

The ship has a capacity of 8,000 cars and was built to the highest class of Lloyd's Register of Shipping. It has a length of 227.8m, a beam of 32.26m, an air draft of 51.98m and a gross tonnage of 71,583.

The freeport said the operation took place in a significantly short time, demonstrating its capabilities for efficient operations.
