This is my third letter to The Times concerning the moorings for floats that mark out the swimming zones in St Paul’s Bay. Every year, a number of bricks are submersed to moor the floats, littering the seabed with bricks.

The Malta Maritime Authority must send a diver and hook the moorings to the old ballast instead of littering the seabed.

Would submersing bricks have planning authority permission?
