The Federal President of the Republic of Austria, Heinz Fischer, will arrive in Malta today, accompanied by his wife Margit, for a state visit that will end on Thursday.

He will have talks with President George Abela, Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi and Opposition leader Joseph Muscat.

He will also address a Maltese Austrian Business Forum.
