Joseph Muscat, when speaking to fishermen, stated that “large-scale fishermen must have the room to grow and smaller-scale fishermen are given protection to expend their activity”.

Can he please elaborate on his contradictory statement?

Large-scale fishermen are the ones normally depleting fishing stocks, as in the case of blue-fin tuna, for example, and thus destroying the livelihood of small-scale fishermen.

Can Dr Muscat please explain how he is going to perform this miracle of the fish (without the loaves)?
