Enemalta employees are currently working to restore the electricity supply following a major fault in its substation in Ghaxaq.

This technical fault, reported at around 10.25 a.m. left parts of the locality without supply.

The corporation said that as the fault is a complicated one, supply is expected to be restored late in the evening.

Enemalta apologised for the inconvenience caused.
