Two women were arrested today while trying to take drugs into the prisons.

The women were carrying the drug in their intimate parts.

They were due to visit their partners. The drugs were heroin and cannabis.

One woman removed the drug while she was being searched while the other woman was found out during a hospital examination.

In each case, the women carried some 20 grams of drugs and the police suspect this was an attempt to traffic the drugs in the prison.
