Bath’s World Heritage Day celebrations

When: April 22
Where: Bath, England
Cost: Various

The beautiful city of Bath in Somerset celebrates its Unesco World Heritage status in April with military re-enactments, guided tours, walks and outdoor theatre.

Activities take place all daylong across the city centre and coincide with International World Heritage Day.

Bath is a city with a fascinating history. It was the Romans who had the ingenuity to harness the only hot springs in England which are located here, and the Georgians who built an elegant new town that retains its splendour to this day.
