A new book 'Common Sense – a better understanding of emotional well-being' is a collection of more than 60 articles written over the last five years by clinical psychologist and psychotherapist Edward Curmi.
In his articles, Dr Curmi presents a deeper understanding of human psyche and offers practical advice to the reader.
Dr Curmi said the book is based on three main concepts m- it delves into situations which everyone is bound to come, it is practical and it makes for light reading. It also has many colourful illustrations and encourages people to look beyond common sense.
The book is available in all Agenda Bookshop outlets and all the proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to Richmond Foundation, an NGO that promotes mental health well-being. The book was supported by The Farsons Foundation, HSBC Malta Foundation, Central Bank of Malta, the Office of the Prime Minister and Agenda Book Shop.
