The ‘Walk and Talk against Domestic Violence’ will take place today, after being postponed on March 11 due to bad weather.

The walk will start at 10.30 a.m. from the ‘Love’ statue at Spinola Bay in St Julian’s and end opposite the Preluna Hotel in Sliema.

Along the way, talks will be delivered by Three Cities Foundation chair Flavia Zimmermann, Smart Skin Clinic director Joanna Dalia, Confederation of Women’s Organisations chairman Renee Laiviera and family therapy expert Charlie Azzopardi.

Participants will receive a free T-shirt.

The event is being organised by the Siġġiewi Youth Initiative to coincide with International Women’s Day.
