As Tigné Point’s first Pjazza block of nine apartments is nearing completion, another 22 apartments, the project’s new addition, are taking shape.

Designed by Chris Briffa Architects, the residences range from studios to townhouse apartments with their own private roofs and have been finished using natural materials like marble, wood and travertine as well as fair-faced concrete and tadelakt plastering.

The apartments come with a centralised heating and cooling system, are environmentally friendly and have energy-efficient technology.

Set within blocks of no more than nine apartments, these new homes have key card access control, fire-detection systems and smart lighting features.
