“Opposition is a word having negative connotations which could lead one to expect a group of moaners who say no to everything, but this will not be the parliamentary force I will be leading,” Joseph Muscat, 2008.

“We agree with the objectives (of the Education bill) but it is a money bill and it is usual for the Opposition to vote against the government.
