Floriana’s Hotel Phoenicia has won the Thomas Cook ‘Award for Excellence’.
Dispensed by Ian Ailles, chief executive for the UK and Ireland, the award recognises the excellent standard of quality and service provided by the hotel last year.
The Thomas Cook ‘Award for Excellence’ is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to listening to their customers, and based on a customer satisfaction questionnaire. Every aspect of the accommodation is rated, from service to standards, facilities to food. Accepting the award on behalf of the hotel’s team, general manager Charles Azzopardi acknowledged the staff’s hard work which contributed to the achievement.
Theses prestigious awards were created to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across the recommended properties in Thomas Cook brochures and guides. The world-renowned awards are a mark of quality recognised by consumers and travel professionals.
