The Thomas Cook ‘Award for Excellence’ is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to listening to their customers, and based on a customer satisfaction questionnaire. Every aspect of the accommodation is rated, from service to standards, facilities to food. Accepting the award on behalf of the hotel’s team, general manager Charles Azzopardi acknowledged the staff’s hard work which contributed to the achievement.
