The European Union of Psychology Associations (EFPA), of which the Malta Union of Professional Psychologists has been a full member since 1992, has published an important document entitled ‘Europe for Psychology’.

This booklet, which is now also available as an e-book, provides information on the EU for psychologists. The information was put together with the aim to facilitate access to EU policies and resources for psychological professionals, students, educators and researchers, as well as for board members of psychological associations.

The material is divided into five sections: the labour market, education and training, professional qualifications, research and innovation and general information on EU funding.

Each section summarises information on a number of agendas, activities, resources and web-links.

The material was compiled by Marianne Kant-Shaps and edited by Bernard Caruana, member of the executive council of the European Federation of Psychology Associations.
