Is Maltapost’s customer care non-existent? How come e-mails to this supposed department remain unanswered? My problem with Maltapost is that I had bought a Maltese stamp collection 1964 to 2004 and on examining it I realised that it had some sets of stamps missing.

I have been trying for months to get a reply from customer care as to how I can get the missing stamps for my collection. I even offered to pay again for the missing stamps. But no answer was forthcoming from Maltapost.

Is this the way Maltapost encourages stamp collectors to do business with it? In the meantime, I am still without my missing stamps when I had purchased a complete collection and no one at Maltapost has informed me how I can get my missing stamp sets.
