Marsovin recently released its first batch of premium extra virgin olive oil. The olives are hand-picked from groves in the Cheval Franc estate owned by Anthony Cassar in the limits of St Paul’s Bay.

At the estate, Marsovin also has a winery where grapes are used for the production of its premium single estate wine Cheval Franc DOK Superior.

Cheval Franc Estate olive oil is made only from first press, cold press oil which is unfiltered to retain all natural aromas. The oil is pressed from olives harvested in 2011.

The oil is available in 75cl bottles at Marsovin cellars in Marsa.
