The 160 Kuwaiti students currently enrolled in University courses in Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry, Engineering, Architecture, Commerce and Communication Studies recently commemorated Kuwait’s national day by organising various activities at Atriju Vassalli on campus to give a glimpse of the country’s history and culture. These included an exhibition, food tasting, Kuwaiti music, henna drawing and sessions on Arabic calligraphy and language. The activity was inaugurated by the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Malta Faisal Al-Musaileem. Photo shows University rector Juanito Camilleri (centre) with Kuwaiti students visiting the exhibition.
