The Science Students’ Society (S-Cubed) and IAESTE Malta is organising a careers week for technical students at the University between tomorrow and Friday, targeted at students studying Science, Engineering, IT, Pharmacy and Architecture, to expose them to the career opportunities available once graduating.
Throughout this week-long activity, a number of talks will be delivered by individuals and government entities and several industrial site visits will be organised.
One of the main highlights of the event is the company contact session that will be held on Wednesday, where a number of companies from their respective fields will be invited to the KSU Common Room, Students’ House, to man stands and interact with students by answering queries and providing information about their company on a one-to-one basis.
In addition, the annual IAESTE wine night will be held on Friday to conclude the event and to enable students to network and meet potential future employers over a glass of wine.
