CAMENZULI. On February 23, at Mater Dei Hospital, CARMELINA of Ħamrun, aged 84, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Antoinette and Tony, Monica and Paul, Irene and Martin, Joseph Victor and Bernardette, her grandchildren Christopher, Elaine, Rona, Lisa, Nadia, Sara, Yana, Janice, Claire and Emma, her great-grandchildren Dillion, Amy and Wayne, her brothers and sisters, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8.30 a.m. for St Cajetan parish church, Ħamrun, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9 a.m., followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Puttinu Cares Children’s Cancer Support Group, Rainbow Ward, Mater Dei Hospital, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

PANTALLERESCO. On February 23, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARIA THERESA known as Terry, aged 86, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved husband Joseph, her sisters-in-law Maria Felice and her husband Ġużi, Alda Pantalleresco, Ina Vella Gera and her husband Walter, her nieces Helga Mayo and her husband Anthony, Anna Marie Laing and her husband Graham, her nephews Anton Felice and his wife Marthese, Mario Felice and his wife Suzanne, Mark Vella Gera and David Vella Gera and his wife Janet, relatives and friends and her affectionate helper Isabel. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital at 9 a.m. tomorrow for Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Sliema, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9.30 a.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza will be appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors at home.

VELLA. On February 22, at St Vincent de Paul residence, FRANCES of Ħamrun, aged 92, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Alfred and his wife Connie, Rose and her husband Victor, Mary and her husband Tony and Joe and his wife Doris, her grandchildren, other relatives and friends. VELLA. On February 22, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARY, née Psaila, of Msida, aged 93, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her great loss her children Marlene and her husband Vincent Calamatta, Capt. Tony Vella and his wife Doris, Dorothy and her husband Leli Agius, and Carmen and her husband Joe Brincat, all her grand-children and great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 2 p.m. for St Joseph parish church, Msida, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m., followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Sliema bazaar

A bazaar in aid of the mission of the Annunciation Centre for Evangelisation and Formation starts on Tuesday and will remain open until March 3 at the foyer of Deporres Hall, Strand, Sliema. Opening hours are from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sundays excluded.
