Midi plc has launched its 2012 Loyalty Card aimed at shareholders, bondholders and residents at Tigné Point. The Midi Loyalty Card offers a variety of discounts at 55 different outlets that offer shoppers the latest in high street fashion, accessories, technology, sports products, home furnishings, books and stationery, and food and drink.

“The Midi Loyalty Card will be renewed annually and has been conceived to recognise the loyalty and confidence in our business shown over the years by our shareholders, bondholders, and homeowners at Tigné Point,” said Ben Muscat, chief executive officer at Midi plc. “We want to share the growth and success of the development project with them. The initiative rewards their regular and loyal custom and gives them added value for repeat purchases.”

The Midi development at Tigné Point has been given the green light by Mepa for its final building phase that will include high specification offices and the last two residential blocks in the development. In October Tigné Point won the presitigious Best Mixed-Use Development in Europe Award at the International Property Awards in Mayfair, London.
