Swiss pilot to undergo 3-day 'solar flight'
Swiss pilot Andre Borschberg will undergo a three-day simulated flight on the new Solar Impulse aircraft, which can travel around the world powered only by solar energy.
The test will allow the pilot and co-founder of the project to assess the configuration of the cockpit and simulate the effects on the human body of a flight of several days.

Good luck to this undertaking by the Solar Impulse Team. No doubt, one which exerts it's own demands on human physiology but indeed a much needed preparation to the eventual round the world flight by the Solar Impulse aircraft. That would set a new benchmark in technological terms.
