Recipe book launch

Hilton Malta’s executive chef Joe Vella recently launched a new recipe book entitled A Passion for Cooking at the Hilton. The launch was attended by Ministers Dolores Cristina and George Pullicino, among others. Proceeds from the sale of the book will go to Dar Arka.
