Super Gold Jewellers won the right to sell Ice Watches when the court threw out a case brought by Classic Group who argued they enjoyed sole distribution so only they could sell the watches in Malta.

In a separate case over the same issue, the court had also decided in favour of Herbies Jewellery Limited.
