Stephen Spiteri, 39 of Valletta, was remanded in custody today after allegedly punching his wife outside the law courts yesterday.

The couple are undergoing separation proceedings and the incident happened after a court sitting on access to their children.

Mr Spiteri pleaded not guilty to injuring his wife, threatening her lawyer and relapsing.
