Four new books in Maltese from the Milly, Molly children’s series have been published.

With these four new titles, there are now 20 Milly, Molly books translated into Maltese.

The new books were also translated into Maltese by Frans Attard: Milly, Molly u l-Missirijiet (Milly, Molly and Different Dads); Milly, Molly u ż-Żwiemel Melħ u Bżar (Milly, Molly and Salt and Pepper); Milly u Molly Jgħinu l-Annimali (Milly and Molly Help the Animals) and Milly, Molly u Ella Bella Boo (Milly, Molly and Ella Bella Boo).

The Milly, Molly books have been translated into more than 40 languages and are written for children up to the age of eight.

The stories relate to the adventures of two little girls from different ethnic backgrounds, along with their multi-cultural friends. All the books promote the acceptance of diversity and the teaching of life-skills.

Within each story there is a message with a value such as honesty, responsibility, tenacity, kindness, self-sufficiency and acceptance of difference. All stories are depicted in words and illustrations for young book lovers.

The Milly, Molly books cost €4.99 each and are published by Uptrend Publishing in Maltese as well as the original English version in the same book.
