HSBC is assigning ‘relationship managers’ to customers who join the HSBC Premier scheme, so as to provide them with a highly personalised reference point for all banking requirements.

These relationship managers will oversee all the customers’ financial activities and contact them periodically with updates and advice, and take care of arrangements in new or extraordinary situations.

Speranza Catania, HSBC’s Head of Premier Proposition, said that these relationship manager lay at the heart of the HSBC Premier experience.

“They build a trusted relationship to provide expert guidance according to customer’s needs that help to build, manage and protect their wealth, she said.

Where necessary the managers will organise a financial review of the customer with an HSBC financial adviser who will provide the necessary support.

HSBC Premier customers also benefit from the globally-linked up service which is designed to facilitate their banking requirement worldwide.

This ranges from a dedicated relationship manager in the customer’s home country to HSBC’s full support and experience worldwide. “This immediate global recognition is especially appreciated by customers when abroad, she added.
