A fortnight ago I advised Franco Debono to resign and go to South America. While living here he has had his few days in the limelight.

On the other hand, now is the time, after resigning of course, to live out the rest of his life in Tibet. He can take his school report for safekeeping at the monastery.

In his reincarnation he will become a yapping chihuahua. It is smaller than a poodle and if he is good in that life, maybe next time around he will be something bigger and better; even though, sometimes I have visions of a rattlesnake.

I am an old man and by that time I shall not be able to consult the oracle.
