Shipping movements
I wonder why newspapers never provide the shipping movements for cruise liners and military vessels. The Times lists movements on a daily basis for commercial ships, which is fine for business personnel but not so interesting for the “man in the street”.
I am not a ship “anorak” but do like to see the new ships coming into the Grand Harbour. Yet, unfortunately, most of the time I miss their arrival. The reason being that their arrival is not reported in the papers until after they have departed!
Could I suggest that a column is added to the shipping movements to benefit others like myself who are interested?

Mr McEntaggart,
You can visit http://www.marinetraffic.com to see the movement of all Marine vessels. Just zoom into Malta and you can track all movement, see photos of the vessel and details of its size etc.

Good idea Mick and like you I would also be interested to have access to such info even though I also do not consider myself an Iran-Iraq.FYI... Friday is the best day to see passenger liners.
