CAMILLERI. On January 31, at Mater Dei Hospital, RITA of Sliema, aged 89, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister Lina wife of John Scerri, her brother John Camilleri, her brothers-in-law Joseph Schembri and Joseph Sciberras, in-laws, nephews and nieces other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 1.30 p.m. for Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish church, Balluta, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2 p.m. followed by internment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. CAUCHI, on January 31 at Mater Dei Hospital, Major JOSEPH, AFM, of Floriana, aged 75, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his wife Rita, his children Anne, Joseph and his wife Ninette, Mary Rose widow of Anthony D’Amato, Charles and his wife Carmen, Monica and her husband Lawrence Bugeja, Catherine and Raymond, his grandchildren André, Ian Peter, Gilbert, Stephen, Dominic and Ellie, his sister Antonia and his sister-in-law Gemma, their families, other relatives and friends. FALZON. On January 31, at Mater Dei Hospital, PAUL, aged 88, of Rabat, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his sad loss his beloved wife Rose née Micallef, his children Joe and his wife Adelina, Carmen and her husband Twanny Agius, Anthony and his wife Jane, his beloved grandchildren Joanne, Eric, Gilbert, Agnes, Christine, Jennifer, Jonathan and their spouses, his 10 great-grandchildren, his dear brothers Frank, Sam and his wife Clara of USA, his sisters and brother-in-law, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 3 p.m. for Jesus of Mary (Ta’ Ġieżu) church, Rabat where Mass præsente cadavere for the repose of his soul will be celebrated at 3.30 p.m., followed by interment at Santa Margherita Cemetery. GALEA. On February 1, Maestro Frank, aged 66, ex-Assistant Head of School and ex-Bandmaster, passed away peacefully to meet the Risen Lord at Sir Paul Boffa Hospital, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his sad loss, his beloved wife Josephine née Camilleri, his loving sons André, Renzo and his wife Rina, his dearest grandson Ron, his sister Josephine, his brother Carmel, his mother-in-law Annie Camilleri, his in-laws Vinnie and David, Lino and Dorothy, Anna and Kevin, Dominic and their families, his cousins, relatives and other numerous friends, especially within the musical community. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Saturday February 4, at 2 p.m. for St Philip’s parish church, Żebbuġ, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 2.30 p.m. After Mass the funeral cortége will be accompanied by Banda San Pietru fil-Ktajjen, Birżebbugia, Għaqda Soċjo-Mużikali Aniċi, Qormi, St Joseph Club and De Rohan Band, Żebbuġ, followed by interment in the family vault at the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Żebbuġ. Donations to Hospice Malta will be greatly appreciated. He leaves to mourn his sad loss his much-loved Monica, her daughter Katja and her husband Damian Stellini, their children Mihi, Jorjii, and Jaimii, his dearest sister Rosa Micallef Judge, his brothers Lino and his wife Mariuccia, Aldo, Edwin and his wife Harriet, Louis and his wife Gloria, Henry and his wife Henrietta, his nephews and nieces, Igor, Tanya, Ivan, Stefan, Bernard, Mark, Rachelle, Carina, Caroline, John, Marisa, Simone, Michel, Elvira and Joanna, and their respective spouses, other relatives and numerous friends. The funeral leaves Capua Hospital today at 1.30 p.m. for St Julians parish church, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2 p.m.followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolarata Cemetery. Our mother leaves to mourn her loss her children Judith, Lewis and his wife Doris, Joe and his partner Antoinette, Stella and her husband Horace Anastasi, Reno and his wife Vivienne, Carmen and her husband Ronnie Pellegrini, Catherine and her husband Joseph Brincat, Lucio and his wife Sarah, Rita, her beloved grandchildren and their spouses, her great-grandchildren, her brother Louis and his wife Frances, her sister Catherine, and her sister-in-law Maria, other relatives and friends.
