Inter will try to bounce back from their surprising defeat at Lecce when they host Palermo tomorrow.

The 1-0 loss at relegation-threatened Lecce on Sunday snapped Inter’s seven-match winning streak in Serie A. The result dropped Inter to fifth place, nine points behind league leaders Juventus.

And, while there are many games to be played, Inter coach Claudio Ranieri knows the setback at Lecce has provided a big blow to their hopes of winning the title.

“We have to look ahead,” Ranieri said.

“We are three points behind Udinese, who are third in the standings. To qualify for the Champions League is our aim.”

Palermo have yet to win on the road this season.

While Inter are hoping to regain pace, Juventus are showing no signs of slowing down in 2012.

Antonio Conte’s side visit Parma tonight, still unbeaten in the competition and on the back of Saturday’s 2-1 triumph over Udinese. The result kept Juve one point clear of Milan.

Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri could hand new signing Maxi Lopez his debut at Lazio tomorrow night.

The Argentina striker joined the Rossoneri on loan from Catania last week but did not feature in Milan’s 3-0 triumph over Cagliari on Sunday.

Udinese have collected 28 points of a possible 30 at the Friuli stadium, where they take on Lecce.

The win over Inter was Lecce’s first at the Via del Mare stadium and lifted Serse Cosmi’s men to 18th place, just three points adrift of safety.

Roma’s four-match winning run in Serie A came to an end on Sunday when they were held to a 1-1 draw by Bologna. The Giallorossi, who are sixth, lock horns with Cagliari in Sardinia tomorrow.

Napoli take on Cesena at the San Paolo looking to leave behind a disappointing month of January. The Naples outfit have mustered one win in its last four league games to drop to seventh place.

In the red zone, Siena meet Catania in Tuscany with the Bianconeri looking to put some more distance between themselves and the bottom three. The Tuscan outfit holds the last position of safety and are three points clear of Lecce.
