• We should know the total cost of our purchase, including shipping and handling charges.

• We should only give our credit card information within a secure environment.

• Legally, online goods should be delivered within the period agreed, or if no period was agreed, within 30 days.

• When we shop online, we can cancel our purchase within a stipulated period of time.

• In case of non-conforming goods, online shoppers have the same legal rights for remedy and compensation as high street shoppers.
