Malta and the Bahamas have signed an agreement which provides for a full exchange of information between the two on tax matters.

The agreement was signed on Wednesday by High Commissioner of Malta to the Court of St James, Joseph Zammit Tabona (left), and High Commissioner of the Bahamas Paul Farquharson at the Malta High Commission in London.

Mr Zammit Tabona said the agreement was instrumental for strengthening bilateral relations and “demonstrated good practice in the global financial sector”.
