At the newly opened Nenu's Bakery in Valletta, one does not just experience the taste and smell of freshly baked Maltese bread stuffed with a variety of ingredients, one can also bake his own in a traditional oven.

The bakery, which benefited from a grant scheme for projects in sustainable tourism, was visited by Tourism Minister Mario de Marco who stressed the importance of providing tourists with a unique experience.

Nenu's Bakery, in St Domnic Street, is owned by Nenu Debono, the owner of the Maypole Group.
