This is the kind of unsavoury - rather scandalous- incident which results from the unacceptable situation in our law courts. Sentences are too lenient, sentences do not even follow set rules. Our justice system is chaotic and people are suffering as a result....thanks to the shameful attitude of this administration which knew about the problems but did not address them.
E.U. Malta....or third world Malta?

What's the big deal about rape? It's not like this man was selling cannabis or something... Please have some perspective, guys!

If guilty, how about sending them back to Tunisia irrespective of how long they have been in Malta - disgusting
