Special deals offered for Dubai Shopping Festival

Emirates Holidays and ROCS Travel are offering different special packages to customers from Malta wishing to visit the 16th annual Dubai Shopping Festival, which runs until February 5.

Four-night stays in a four-star city hotel with Emirates Holidays start from €550 per person while four-night stays in a five-star beach hotel with Emirates Holidays start from €795 per person in a twin room.

The packages include return airfare, four nights’ accommodation with buffet breakfast, meet and assist on arrival at Dubai International Airport, transfers to and from the airport in a private car, room tax and service charges.

The rates do not include airport taxes (€35.61) and the Dubai visa charge of €60. Terms and conditions apply.

ROCS Travel, meanwhile, is offering pack- ages starting from €519 for three nights in a three-star hotel and €579 for three nights in a five-star hotel.

The ROCS packages include return Emirates flights, three nights’ bed-and-breakfast accommodation and “all taxes and charges”. Terms and conditions apply.

Visitors to the Shopping Festival can enjoy tax-free shopping and discounts of up to 50 per cent on a wide variety of items. It is marketed as a family festival with a large focus on mall-based entertainment and early evening shows.

Maltese visitors will find every major brand in the world in Dubai, which has approximately 14 million square feet of shopping space in its malls, including the worlds’ largest shopping centre, the Dubai Mall.”
