Nectar Group recently won three awards at the Malta People Awards organised by the Foundation for Human Resources Development.

The group is based at Ta’ Qali and involved in the importation and distribution of an extensive portfolio of food and beverage products.

Nectar won ‘Excellence through Technology’ for their tablet project Nectar Active Market Navigator, ‘Learning and Development’ for their training programmes and ‘Performance and Reward’ for the performance and reward system named BEST (Building Efficiency and Success Together).

The aim of these awards is to celebrate outstanding achievement in people management. There were 32 submissions from 19 companies in seven different categories.
