A Go-ing concern
On December 9 my mobile telephone suddenly had no service and I could not make any calls nor receive any. I reported the fault to Vodafone (my service provider) and they informed me that an error was made and the line had been taken by Go and given to a client of theirs, together with €80 worth of credit.
I naturally complained to Go, whose only reply was that they were working on it. I called them every day, but all I got was the same reply.
Finally, six days later, I received a call from a very courteous lady from Go informing me that my line would be restored the following day. Well, to date (December 21), I am still without a mobile telephone line.
On various occasions I asked to speak to a supervisor or to someone who can “do something” and reactivate my line... after all, this was Go’s fault.
This kind of service is completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Go is spending thousands of euros on marketing campaigns for nothing, asits customer service is most disappointing.

If your service provider is Vodafone, you should have spoken to Vodafone and Vodafone only - never to Go.
If Go took a Vodafone line, it is up to Vodafone to get it back from Go - not your responsibility.

If the line is yours, it sounds like theft....
