A great deal of international interest has been attracted to the HSBC Advance Malta Property & Homes Expo at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre, Ta’ Qali.

A large business delegation is expected from Libya, with a leading northern European business grouping also organising a visit to Malta to coincide with the Expo.

“The HSBC Advance Malta Property & Homes Expo is acting as a fulcrum around which several high-level business delegations are planning their visit to Malta and Gozo this year,” said David Grech, on behalf of the organisers, Duplex Real Estate Branding.

“We are constantly listening to our clients, the major exhibitors, who not only wanted to enlarge the scope and profile of the Expo but also bring a different audience and this is what we are convinced can be achieved through the visits that are planned.”

The exhibition, now in its fourth edition, is this year making greater space for the suppliers and services needed in the interiors of people’s homes, apart from a major focus on properties, the biggest of its kind on the island.

A total exhibition area of 6,500 m2 has been reserved, with the major focus remaining the major developments on the islands, real estate agencies, and all those supplying services to the real estate market.

Duplex Real Estate Branding is convinced that this is what both potential exhibitors and the visitors that will be attracted want. “We have been working for the past three months to ensure that the HSBC Advance Malta Property & Homes Expo has been placed on the calendars of potential international visitors, as well as ensuring that the amount of exhibitors will be truly outstanding,” Mr Grech said.

“The experience we have gained over the past three years will certainly serve us in good stead to ensure that all those involved with get maximum value from the Expo.” The HSBC Advance Malta Property & Homes Expo will open to the public from March 23 to 25.
