Computime, a company in the information technology industry, has won an award for People Management Impact on Business Success in this year's edition of The Malta People Awards, held on December 9 at the Intercontinental Hotel in St Julian's.
"The company is thrilled to have achieved this award in recognition of its effort to adopt a new and successful approach in the way it manages its staff," said Computime HR manager Sandra Azzopardi.
The event, organised by The Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD) brought together companies from various industries to honour high standards of best policy practices.
Representatives for Computime were among 18 other participating companies at the prestigious Gala event, all vying for one or more of the seven categories for best company practices in people management and development at our places of work in Malta.
Joint Managing Director for Computime, John Wood said, "Given the high level of competition and the fact that Computime is a first time contender in the event, we are delighted to have been recognised as a key exponent for excellence in people management and business development."
