Last Wednesday, I was travelling back from Valletta on a bendy bus, no. 31, to Buġibba. As we approached the entrance to the day wards of the hospital the bus was involved in a collision with a car and had to brake violently; passengers were obviously thrown forward. There were no standing passengers but not once did the bus driver check that all the passengers were ok.

We all sat on the bus for a little while but it was clear we were not going anywhere, so we all got off. We were left to our own devices; nobody bothered to explain what we should do. We eventually caught a bus back to Valletta and then another to get us to Buġibba. In my opinion the driver had a very neglectful manner towards his passengers.
