Snow, reindeer, gifts, booming laughter and a flowing white beard: every festive detail of Santa Claus' world has been recreated in a Finnish town, drawing visitors from around the world.
Rovaniemi, on the border of the Arctic Circle, has since the 1980s marketed itself as the 'true' home of Father Christmas.
