ATTARD. On December 18, at Mater Dei Hospital, LINA of Fleur De Lys, aged 83, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss, her sisters Carmen and Sr Theofila OSA, Mary, widow of her brother Tarcisio, nephews and nieces, their respective spouses and families, other relatives and friends.The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 2 p.m. for Our Lady of Mt Carmel parish church in Fleur De Lys, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord grant her eternal rest.
BAJADA. On December 2, FRANK, aged 73, passed away peacefully at his residence in UK. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Suszanne, his brothers and sister, John, Christ, Charles, Antonia, Emanuel and Paul and their respective spouses, other relatives and friends. The funeral takes place tomorrow in Bournemouth, UK. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
BUTTIGIEG. On December 17, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARIA, née Attard, of Valletta, widow of the late Paul Buttigieg, aged 85, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Joseph, France, Paul, Ġemma, Mario and Anthony, their respective wives and husband, grandchildren, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 1.45 p.m. for St Paul Shipwrecked church, Valletta, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.15 p.m., followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery. CAMILLERI. On December 18, ANTHONY H. (ex-Accountant General) residing in St Julians, passed peacefully away at Mater Dei Hospital, at the age of 89, surrounded by his family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss, his wife Rosemarie née Paris, his children Denis and his wife Frances, Kevin and his wife Marthese, Richard and his wife Corinne, MaryAnn and her husband Simon Delicata, his grandchildren Nigel and Debbie, Ian, Keith and Lara, Krista and Matthew, Daniel, Rebecca, Jan and Micaela, his great granddaughters, his surviving brother Ben and his wife Josephine, his in-laws and their families, nephews and nieces amongst whom is Mgr Louis Camilleri, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves tomorrow at 8.45 a.m., from Mater Dei Hospital to St Julians parish church, St Julians where Mass presente cadavere will be said at 9.15 a.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. She leaves to mourn her great loss her beloved husband Henry, her sons Louis and his wife Marcette, Mario, Franco and his wife Nicola, Christian and his wife Patricia, her grandchildren Enrica, Stefania, Sergio, Gianluca, Emma and Alex, her brothers and sisters Doris, Joseph, Victor, John and Ina and their spouses, her nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital at 8.15 a.m. tomorrow for Attard parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9 a.m. followed by interment in the family grave at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. TOLEDO. On December 18, MALOU, née Dunbar-Cousin, widow of the late Philip, aged 86, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church, surrounded by her beloved family. She leaves to mourn her loss, her children Peter and his wife Diana, Victor Sant Fournier widower of her late daughter Dolly, Stephanie and her husband Albert Rossi, Raphael and his wife Pippa, Stella her doveted life-time companion, her adored grandchildren Jackie, Sue, Rowena, Betta, Patrick, Alexia, Stephanie, Philip, Ninnia and their families, her great grandchildren, her great-great grandson, nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. Mass presente cadavere will be celebrated tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Balluta Carmelite parish church followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery.
