Banif Bank has expressed its gratitude to all the participants of the President’s Charity Fun Run 2011.
Banif has supported the event since its inception three years ago and the number of participants has increased every year.
Bank CEO Joaquim F. Silva Pinto said Banif strongly believed in the core concept of the Fun Run – that of bringing the local community together to achieve one final goal, to offer solidarity and financial support to members of society who were going through difficult situations and needed help.
The Bank’s commitment was not limited to a financial one, but Banif was also directly involved in helping the Malta Community Chest Fund organise the event. Banif staff worked closely with volunteers of the Community Chest Fund by manning the stands at the start lines in Attard and St Venera.
The bank said it had also shown its appreciation to the participants by offering them bibs and t-shirts, an advantageous rate on the standard one-year term deposit as well as beneficial rates on unsecured personal loans providing a choice to each participant. The offer is valid until the 31st January 2012 and is valid upon presentation of the voucher.
